A huge factor in anyone's financial planning is for them to understand all the options available to them and how those options add value to their and, their families lives. The most normal scenario for most new clients is that they know what they want to do but, simply don't know how best to achieve it as there are a lot of choices and these will change and adapt over time. This is the key initial element of my role with my clients. Being a client means you can approach me with any questions as its important to me that you understand the details and any potential confusion is ironed out. As a rule i will review a clients plan/s twice a year and sometimes more frequently depending upon activity levels. Reviews and contact are made in a number of ways these days with some preferring online meetings such as zoom or Teams and others preferring to meet in one of our offices or at their home. I plan to build long term relationships and a key fundamental of this financial planning is keeping options open for clients so that they are able to adapt to suit their financial aims as and when they change. As a Chartered Financial Planner i am well versed in all financial solutions but spend the majority of my time in Retirement and At Retirement Planning. Investment Planning for growth or income and Inheritance Tax Planning, the use of Trusts and Elderly Client Care are also big areas of advice for my clients. The levels and bases of taxation, and reliefs from taxation, can change at any time. The value of any tax relief depends on individual circumstances and everyones circumstances is different and thats why my role is so interesting. The value of an investment with St. James's Place will be directly linked to the performance of the funds you select and the value can therefore go down as well as up. You may get back less than you invested. An investment in equities does not provide the security of capital associated with a deposit account with a bank or building society. The levels and bases of taxation and reliefs from taxation can change at any time. The value of any tax relief depends on individual circumstances. This Partner/Partner Practice is an Appointed Representative of and represents only St. James's Place Wealth Management Plc (which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority) for the purpose of advising solely on the Group's wealth management products and services, more details of which are set out on the Group's website at www.sjp.co.uk/products. The ‘St. James’s Place Partnership’ and titles ‘Partner’ and ‘Partner Practice’ are marketing terms used to describe St. James’s Place representatives. SJP Approved xx/xx/xxxx
