I had 2 paid up pensions that I hadn’t ever really considered but approaching retirement wanted to reduce my hours and maintain income via pensions

Our fixed rate was coming to and end and we had plans to move homes within next 6 months

Helped us understand different types of mortgages do we decided to go on a tracker as rates were so high and later switch to fix once we moved homes . also allowed us time to discuss investments for children
