I am a fully independent Mortgage Adviser providing impartial advice and guidance to my clients. Obtaining a mortgage can sometimes be a fraught and difficult process – I aim to make this as painless as possible, to match my clients with the most appropriate product for their individual circumstances whilst saving them unnecessary costs and hassle. The areas I specialise in are: Residential Mortgages including Homemovers, Second residential, Interest Only, Retirement Interest Only First Time Buyers Buy to Let including Ltd Company purchase, portfolio and experienced landlords Personal Protection All of my initial meetings are strictly on a "no fee, no obligation" basis. Prior to engaging me to work with them, I ensure that all of my clients fully understand what we are doing; why we are doing it and what all of the associated charges and fees are (where applicable). Of equal importance, I also provide a comprehensive ongoing review service to clients to ensure that they don’t revert to Standard Variable Rates when their deal is ending. My overall goal with all my clients is to be seen as being professional, approachable and trusted. I live in a little village in East Yorkshire with my husband, stepson and just a few pet rabbits!
