I have worked in financial services for over 24 years having previously worked for Yorkshire Bank and then William H Brown estate agents before joining Navigation Wealth Management Ltd in 2008 where I worked as a self employed mortgage broker for 14 years. In August 2022, I set up my own company, Chris Law Mortgages to help try and grow my business. I bring a wealth of experience of working within Financial services particularly the mortgage industry during this time. I provide clients with advice on the most suitable mortgage products based on their individual circumstances. We offer a comprehensive range of first charge mortgages from across the market, which lenders make available to mortgage intermediaries for which we will be paid a procuration fee paid by the lender. The service also involves a full mortgage and protection review, providing advice not only on which mortgage to choose, but how to best protect your home, family and income should the unexpected happen. I have built special relationships with lenders which is beneficial when dealing with more complex cases, helping my clients get access to some of the best deals. In the current climate, many clients require a lender who can assess their application on their full situation taking individual circumstances in to consideration. I can help with all ranges of mortgages from first time buyers, home movers to clients who are simply looking for a more competitive rate and remortgage. I also help landlords with rental buy to let mortgages* as well as non standard borrowing queries from clients who may need to look at different options where I can provide access to commercial finance. *Some buy to let and commercial mortgages are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
