We offer advice in relation to Criminal Matters which we can deal under legal aid or privately as appropriate. This includes going to the police station all the way through to matters in the Crown Court. I have an extensive experience in this area and am a Higher Court's Advocate (Criminal) I have dealt with trials at all levels. We offer a free consultation and can see you in the office or meet somewhere else if that suits as we have use of offices at the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce in Edgbaston or a quiet Coffee Shop if you prefer. We also offer advice on Family matters and Immigration. We have a niche specialism in Immigration in SE Asian matters and have a Vietnamese speaking member of staff in the office through the week and Thai speakers who are able to come to appointments in the office. Again you can see us in a free consultation. We do not offer legal aid in this field but should you require an advice in an area that legal aid is available we will let you know.
